Sherman Parnell – Designer, Illustrator and Director
Sherman Parnell was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and raised in Florence, Kentucky. A skilled Designer and Illustrator, He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Northern Kentucky University, specializing in drawing, visual communication, and design.
Sherman has carved out a successful career as an independent illustrator, designer, and Art Director. He has collaborated on numerous projects, both public and private, delivering enduring results that have consistently delighted his clients.
As a former Creative Project Manager at ArtWorks, Sherman successfully led numerous large-scale public art projects from inception to completion. He managed budgets and timelines, ensuring all projects were delivered on time and encouraged community participation in the art-making process.
Sherman is also recognized for his contributions as a Lead Teaching Artist and Muralist, impacting local communities through his creative direction and mentorship.
